- Local shipping and delivery fees: Fixed 30 riyals within Riyadh city and the rest of the Kingdom's cities.
-International shipping fees: These are shown upon request and vary depending on the size of the shipment and the delivery area. When selecting products, the shipping cost will be displayed to the customer before completing the order and payment.
- In some cases, free shipping may be provided for local orders as part of special offers or for orders exceeding a certain amount, and this will be explained before the order is completed and payment is made.
2. Shipping and delivery times:
- Processing time: Orders are usually processed within 24 hours of the order being received.
- Delivery time: Within Riyadh: within 1-3 working days, and this time is affected by the different seasons.
- Outside Riyadh: 2-5 working days. This period is affected by the different seasons.
- Outside Saudi Arabia: 2-5 working days. This period is affected by the different seasons.
- Delay: In the event of any unexpected delay in shipping, you will be notified as soon as possible, and we are working hard to deliver your order as soon as possible.
3. Delivery within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia:
- Major cities: These include Jeddah, Mecca, Dammam, and Medina. Products are typically delivered to these cities within the stated delivery timeframe.
- Other cities and villages: Delivery in some remote or rural areas may take longer.
4. Verify the shipping address:
Customers are required to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly and accurately. Any delays or delivery problems resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address will be the customer's responsibility.
5. Shipment tracking:

8. Delivery problems:
If you are unable to receive the shipment on time or if delivery fails due to your absence or failure to provide a correct address, the product will be returned to us, and you will have to pay an additional fee to reship it.
