After the customer receives the belly dance clothes and accessories, they are treated like underwear and cannot be exchanged or returned to protect everyone's public health.

All belly dancing clothes displayed in our store are subject to some beads and decorations falling off due to movement during dancing or any other circumstances, and the store is not responsible for that.

Egyptian dance galabiyas come from Egypt (hand-stitched and embroidered). We advise our customers to steam wash them before wearing them to protect their health.

The customer has the right to exchange, return, and refund the amount via the card he paid with in the basket before shipping the clothes. However, after shipping, if the customer wishes to return his order, the full round-trip shipping amount will be deducted from the total value of his order (within a period not exceeding 10 days from the date of creating the order).

-If the customer wishes to resend his returned shipment, he will be required to pay the shipping cost of the shipment.

After the order is shipped via shipping companies, the store is not responsible for the shipment. The customer must track it on our website and follow up with the shipping company.

In the event that the shipment is not received for any reason, the customer shall bear the cost of the shipment.
